Engineered entirely from hardwood for quick, clean assembly. This timber from sustainable sources is knot-free and when painted white does not age with knot stains leeching through the paint leaving unsightly brown marks. It makes a very stylish and reliably strong bed suitable for all age groups. The side rails are constructed by using the process called “LVL” which is an engineered timber and is known as structural composite lumber and now often used for joists.

Leider ist die Verarbeitung nicht das beste. Das Gestell besteht aus tausenden Einzelteilen und die meisten Schrauben sind so angebracht das sie gut sichtbar sind. Dazu sind diese nicht einmal schwarz, sondern silberfarben. Nachdem wir einen kleinen Teil aufgebaut hatten und das festgestellt hatten, haben wir es wieder abgebaut und zurückgeschickt. Bed was missing a piece from the support struts and was only noticed once bed was practically built. We contacted seller, who were unable to supply a spare part as it was out of stock. This bed shouldn’t be sold. Paintwork is a disgrace. The holes for screws don’t line up. Bolts don’t fit into holes. Long screws bent. The single bed parcel received was lighter than I thought and the bed itself was easy to assemble. I measured the small space where I placed the bed so it fitted there perfectly. My friend has spent A WHOLE DAY (11 hours to be precise ) trying to build this bed and as previous reviewer said , you need the right tools to build it and none of this has been stated in the description considering it’s such an important and time consuming , as well as bulky thing to order, get delivered and build. Material is flimsy , it’s very complicated and it’s just a joke and a rip off from the people . Whoever actually designed it should get sacked and the bed discontinued because I’ve got a little baby in the house and I’ve just spend a whole day messing about with space and stress not to even finish it up in one day !
