Screws fall out as some holes had been drilled too big, chose to replace all screws with larger ones and this solved the problem. Not a perfect fit with some gapping at some joints no matter what was tried (with both original and new screws) clearly cut enmass and no test fit for these hence the price point. Was a little awkward to build as some of the threads for the screws were a little wonky.
