This classic wardrobe, featuring a French design, offers ample storage space to keep your clothes, shoes and accessories neatly organised.
Unfortunately we would not recommend this product.
The instructions are very misleading. They claim that the wardrobe will take 1 hour to construct if 2 people are working on it. It took us 2 days (5-6 hours each day). We are no strangers to flat pack however this was on a different level.
The wardrobe was delivered in 3 boxes, each with many parts, none of which were labelled. With over 50 different parts, it was near impossible to determine which piece was which.
Then came construction. However, piece 1 (a large side section of the wardrobe) was around 1 cm larger than piece 2. Therefore they did not marry up where the dowels were.
We contacted Wayfair who put us in touch with the manufacturer. They were unable to send us a spare part so offered us a discount instead to keep the faulty product. We had to cut the wood down and drill new dowel holes.
We did not know then, that this would be the first of many ‘fixes’ we had to make to this faulty product. Several pre-drilled holes were in the wrong places or did not exist, leaving us to guess where shelves were supposed to be placed.
Now we have finally constructed the wardrobe, we are unhappy with the overall finish. For example, in one section, where the grooves have been made in the wood, they have missed a bit so it just looks messy.. Helen. Erdington Birmingham, GB. Mon Dec 30 2024
