Easy and quick ordering service, i was able pay it off with credit, no problem! Quick delivery. Great customer service. Absolutely made up with it, thank you. Update on product 2 and a half months after purchase. Be aware that the 100 day sleep satisfaction guarantee does not exchange mattresses for a different one i.e. medium firm to a medium soft etc. if they are very uncomfy. You can get a replacement of the exact same item ordered, which in my case wasn't helpful as the problem i had with the mattress i ordered was the discomfort of it. I brought this as i need storage looks nice on picture but there are slats missing and bed is nothing like picture. sides dont line up and the lining on inside is to short an missing slats we had to ulter them an its only coz i.m very shor that it might b ok.pore and very disappointed especially with it being from wayfair. We love the bed. Bought in superking size, the three delivery boxes were quite unwieldy, but worth the effort. It is possible to put it together alone, but easier with someone to help. To respond to another review, it uses hex (M8) bolts... with a good driver set you can use an electric screwdriver, but the instructions advise against it (make sure you know what you're doing and don't overtighten).
