The chair is amazing, extremely comfortable and also takes my weight that I've gained since my back problems started. The massage isn't that strong but does help somewhat to help with the aches and the heat, again isn't that hot but again helps with those aches. The recliner is nice but I feel you slouch down when using it so I haven't reclined much due to this. It's well made and only took 10 mins to put it together and the material is lovely and soft.
