This is, without exaggeration, the worst piece of furniture I have ever purchased. From the very start, the experience was a disaster.
First, the shipping was significantly delayed. Despite being told multiple times by Wayfair that the item had already been dispatched, it took several follow-up calls for someone from the team to finally inform us that the shipment had been cancelled. A new delivery date had to be arranged, which pushed the arrival back by roughly 6–7 weeks.
When the wardrobe eventually arrived, the problems only worsened. There were no printed assembly instructions, only a QR code linking to a document on Google Drive which was a poor excuse for instructions. Rather than a clear step by step guide, it vaguely showed how each piece fits together. To make matters worse, none of the parts (including screws) were labelled, and almost every panel was missing pre-drilled holes, apart from the doors. Building this wardrobe was pure guesswork.
The quality of this item is absolutely appalling. The wood splintered and snapped with minimal pressure, screws were difficult to insert, and several pieces chipped in the process.
Do not buy this wardrobe under any circumstances. It is cheaply made, badly designed, and an absolute waste of money. If I could give it 0 stars I would.. Ayah. Sheffield, GB. Sat Aug 09 2025
