A very special, beautiful chest of drawers handmade from mango wood. Hand carved using traditional techniques in Rajasthan, India, by master carpenters using traditional techniques and designs. The wood has been bleached and lightly white washed to give a contemporary look and feel. A feature furniture piece that would suit any room in the house. The chest of drawers contains 8 separate drawers for versatile storage.

This beautiful hand carved chest of drawers has been handmade in India using mango wood. This is a very special technique of hand carving that comes from the Jaipur area of India. There are 8 ornately decorated drawers in two sizes. The base has been whitewashed to give a contemporary feel, with the top and interiors polished to bring out the natural quality and lustre of the Mango wood. Please note that the nature of mango wood is that it is inconsistent but this gives real character to the overall look of the piece. It can also be used as a feature furniture piece in multiple rooms in the house including the bedroom, hallway, living room or dining room.
