I ordered a hall tree called Rori, one called Barry turned up but it looked the same so I unpacked it and started to build it. One piece was damaged on the corner ( likely been dropped) but would remain hidden so I ignored it. The instructions were “patchy”, to say the least. Some parts were labelled incorrectly, some items on the parts list simply weren’t there and it was also missing a backing sheet. I had to overcome this by making my own. Towards the end of the build I discovered that both the mirror and the large coat rail part were not part of the main assembly at all, but are in fact meant to be directly wall hung next to the main assembly. The last item I purchased from WAYFAIR came from Malaysia and was superb quality with the best assembly instructions I have ever seen. This item came from China, of dubious quality with poor instructions. A two star review is being extremely generous!. Anonymous. Sat Feb 03 2024
