Really pleased overall. The price was excellent and delivery was quick, with everything arriving well packaged. All the parts were present and clearly labelled, which definitely helped. The only downside was that I hadn’t appreciated just how much assembly was involved. The instructions could have been clearer in places, and putting it together took considerably longer than expected. That said, now it’s built, I’m very happy with the quality and appearance – it looks great and feels sturdy. On balance, I’d happily recommend it… although I’ll be quite glad if I don’t have to build another flat-pack chair for a while!
