After only a few months of light use the support for the largest part of this seating broke. Return and refund agreed. Item returned 1208 and still waiting on my refund 0409. No seating and no money, just a lot of messages back and forward telling me my refund has been issued when it clearly hasn’t!

Item came and unfortunately one of the parts was welded wonky and there were a couple of issues with the paint, scratches. Looks really modern and comfy though Had to return.

Fab set, lovely cushions, quick delivery and very comfy.

Nice set good quality, 1 bolt missing but easy to order spare. Put together anyway so just wait for spare

I put this together yesterday and it rained over night. This morning the cushions felt really odd, a bit slimey and a white substance has dripped unattractively out and onto the metal base. I have attached pictures. I would like to know what this is and if I should expect it every time…? This is obviously a big purchase for me and I am not happy with this at all.
