Bought this garden set, one of the pieces of glass shattered and they had no spare parts but wanted us to keep the table that you could not use, the holes did not line up with each other, you need 2 people to put this together, it looks nice and will look even better if we had the glass, better transportation needs to be sorted out

The product is great once assembled. It contains a number of parts that have holes and welded-in nuts. They provide the bolts that you put through the holes and nuts, and then screw tightly. The problem was that many of the holes and nuts didn't meet exactly when you started assembly. The manufacturing tolerances weren't good. It was necessary to use force to bend some of the parts to get closer together. I had to drill one or two holes myself and buy extra nuts and bolts. There was an also a bit of bad design : the chair seats had some hollow tubes to support the seat fabric. When it rains on them, they fill with water, and rust develops. You can empty them out by putting them on their side, but if you forgot... I can see this shortening the lives of the chairs. The end result was still good and we like the look and usage.
