Excellent product although set up time a lot longer than stated , also ensure all liner interior and external cover are kept in warm environment prior to set up as trying to set up in cold ambient temp can add time due to pliability of material

I’m so excited for my wave spa, but unfortunately they shipped us an incorrect foam panel and now we’ve been waiting for weeks for the replacement part and haven’t gotten any sort of refund or you know compensation for this mistake. Hopefully, we’ll be able to get our missing part soon and some comp compensation and get to enjoying it soon.

I had an inflatable hot tub before this one, and this one is hands down better. It heats up faster, retains the heat more, and just looks classier than inflatable. Very happy with my purchase.
