Bought 3 weeks ago. Inflatable Lid deflating and now I have to jump through hoops to get it replaced. Disappointed as the last Lay-z Spa I bought lasted 7 years without any problems. I don't think the new ones are built to the same standard.

It’s a big box! Assembly was straightforward - just me, larger than my inflatable but smaller overall dimensions. Pump quieter and running costs about half of the inflatable. My son has bought one and very happy with it. My only gripe is that ours is situated outside and it collects rain.

Over the years I've had a few cheaper inflatable hot tubs and similar and this is far superior. I'm really pleased with the product and one of the stand out features is that the insulated phone walls also house a metal frame. Although this frame is a little tricky to put together once in place it does make the whole tub far more robust. All elements of the hot tub seem to be of good quality. I liked the starter pack that I received with the hot tub although personally I would have preferred that it contained more of items that you will regularly use such as chlorine and test strips rather than the mixture of items that it contains some of which are less useful such as vinyl cleaner solution. In terms of constructive feedback I would mention two things. The first is that the app from lazy spa does not seem to be very stable, very often I would find that it would switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit and then scheduled heating and filtering would not run. I completely reset my hot tub and instead used the best way app, that has proved to be far more reliable and has given no issues to date, so I would suggest to new users to just use that app from the start. Regarding the app it is particularly useful that you can set schedules by time to run automatically, for me this is beneficial because I can set the hot tub to heat up overnight when I have reduced electricity costs because I have and EV tariff with my utility supplier. My final piece of small feedback is that these supplied plastic tube to inflate the hot tub cover is very short, in fact if you place the hot tub lid on top of the hot tub the tube is not long enough to even reach from the heater to the lid. It seems the manufacturer has assumed that everybody will be able to lay the lid out very close to the pump and be able to use a short connecting tube, my hot tub is located in quite a restricted location between the house and the fence so I simply don't have this option. It's such a cheap component being a simple plastic tube I think it would be a real benefit for future consumers if the manufacturer just made it much longer, about one metre would be ideal. In summary I'm really pleased with the hot tub and would recommend others looking at the same product to go ahead and purchase!

I un-boxed everything on my own. The sheer weight of the internal boxes meant up-ending the main huge dispatch box. Everything checked against the Instructions List and construction began. Luckily I’d watched several tube videos as the bland, monochrome, indifferent instructions left me confused at times. I’ve owned an Intex Tub before, which mean’t I was ok from the final filling etc. WiFi connecting was a trial. Then the App on my iPhone over scanned, which prevented me from setting up a Schedule. After two days I used my iPad App. This has proved to be 100%. Another conundrum, not answered by the Instructions. This Hot Tub doesn’t have two speed water pump options. Once I was finally using the Tub, it proved to be absolutely fantastic!! I really do love using it. Yet another worry which isn’t answered anywhere. Is it really necessary to stand the Tub on high efficiency 75mm House Wall insulation etc etc? Expert Manufacturers advice re heat loss “downwards” and what they advise would be very useful.
