Received promptly. I was hoping it would work on my trailer, since the original awning blew off. I haven't needed to use it at a horse show yet, but I believe it will work perfectly! Material seems heavy enough to last a few seasons.

I ordered this retractable awning from tried and true. It requires a lot of assembly with all the parts. Not sure if I can hang it as I have an over hang around my house for venting in the attic. I'm going to have to call a professional and see.

Manual retractable awning 12x 10 feet striped green and white is so beautiful and gives our backyard a resort look and peaceful feel. The awning is made from high quality material and it provides a large amount of shade and you can feel the difference in temperature when it is open. The change in temperature was about 10 degrees less heat when we had it open and had some shade.The cool feeling was immediately and it provides our bedroom with additional shade and fresh cool temperature. We had it professionally installed but very easy to assemble. The awning and hardware is all included but very heavy. There was 2 screws that were defective but he adjusted them to work well. The crank is easy and smooth to operate. If you’d like you can remove the crank for any safety reasons. The awning looks absolutely beautiful on our home and adds so much more character and peace. Now we can sit outside under the shade and enjoy our summer.

I wanted to be thrilled with this but it is not a quality product. First, the instructions are horrendous. Absolutely no words. Pictures only. Secondly, it was loaded with scratches, dents, and tears. Thirdly, the main canopy won’t stay inside its tract. Fourthly, and back to instructions being so poor, the support arms won’t bend into position without adjusting (we had to as a chat bot to troubleshoot this problem and it was able to provide a solution…) Fifth, the screws they provided had to be replaced. Sixth, you must have a second person there to help install it. Finally last, but probably not least, it is quite flimsy and will never be able to withstand even a small breeze without wanting to whip upwards, and I already see that it is fading in the sun. We are able to let it out about 2.5 feet, and that’s it. I received it for review, and hope this is helpful.

Not thrilled. This is a nice looking awning. It does provide a lot of coverage. Easy to open and close. Get this professionally installed!!! The instructions werent instructions. Just diagrams, no pictures, no explanation.
