JUST CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS!!! A very useful addition to our patio. Nice to get out of the sun. Well made frame, easy to assemble with two people. Should take no longer than 30 minutes. Super that the weighted base was included. Everything fit without a hitch. The umbrella fabric is good quality, and certainly waterproof. Very easy to operate. We are 70 and 75 years old.
