This product has no stand to hold the canopy cover. I need the canopy as well. Please send me a return label thank you.

I had to return My order. Because I had ordered the wrong thing. I didnt open it.

I am quite frustrated. I have been trying to return this as it was not what I expected. I followed your instructions online and was given a QR code. I took the package and code to FedEx and was told I needed a shipping label. I have tried calling (very long wait times), and trying again to find where I can print a return label for my order. Not only have I been redirected to everything except a return label, my refund amount has gone down from $77.00 to $73 and change. I will not be shopping here again. Making it easy to let your customers order and return items seems the best. Making it so difficult and frustrating in hopes that they give up, seems underhanded and certainly does not promote trust.

This is only the top part- I thought it was the full gazebo, and I couldn't find just the frame. So, I had to return it.

The title description DID NOT say replacement top when I purchased it, it said POP UP CANOPY!! Only to be completely mad when I only received the covering. ZERO STARS
