Outstanding product, providing much needed shade over our outdoor kitchen area. Easy assembly with two people. Two or three louvres had minor bends but were easy to straighten with pliers.

Extremely unhappy. Corner covers don’t fit as bolts heads are big. This is frustrating as a nice looking pergola is not finished in every one of the four corners. Hired two handyman to build this for me and at the end to discover that manufacturer messed up on the part. Not sure what to do and can’t afford to disassemble. Hope this get solutioned fast. ****July 8th Update after 3 weeks of back and forth with the manufacturer in China. It was a pain wait 24h cycles due to Timezone difference and email only exchange. Net net, issue was solved and the manual that came with my pergola had a mistake on having the washer on the wrong side.
