Alvah Outdoor Adjustable Garden Lounger with Cushion

Terrible as I cannot get through to any live agent, the taskrabbit have failed to turn up twice ! I have paid you for this service . Please can someone contact me

1 subbed perfect, 1 faulty. Rang customer service, instant refund given. Transferred to sales and replacement ordered. Excellent customer service!

Awful! The stain cracked and peeled and the cushions faded horribly after just 2 seasons

BUYER BEWARE - THIS IS NOT AN OUTDOOR ITEM. It’s been less than two months and the finish is already worn off in several places. Very disappointing. When I tried to have customer service help me with the fact that the finish has worn off, I was told this is WEATHER RESISTENT NOT WEATHER PROOF and that since I had this OUTSIDE, they would not help me. This item was delivered to me on June 25th, so it has been outside for 48 days and looks horrible. I would NOT recommend this item to anyone!

Don't buy! Cushions were black and faded completely out after less than 8 months. Wayfair will not stand behind the items they sell and will do nothing and will hide behind that they only take returns within a 30 day window. Total waste of money and Wayfair sits there doing nothing to protect their customer when this is clearly not alright
