I am extremely disappointed with both this purchase and the customer service I received. I ordered a furniture set that was clearly advertised as including swivel chairs. The product title stated "with swivel chairs," the description also mentioned swivel chairs, and the product images showed them as part of the set. Based on this, it was completely reasonable to expect they were included. When my order arrived, a significant part of the furniture set was missing. After contacting customer service, I was told the swivel chairs were not included in my order, despite being featured in the title, description, and photos. This is incredibly misleading and feels like false advertising. What made the experience even worse was how unhelpful customer service was. Instead of resolving the issue or offering a suitable replacement, I was left with no satisfactory solution and had to spend my time chasing answers. To add to the stress, I am currently 36 weeks pregnant. This has been a huge inconvenience at a time when I should be preparing for my baby's arrival, not dealing with an issue that could have been avoided if the product had been advertised accurately and if there wasn’t parts missing. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience. Customers should be able to trust that a product listing accurately reflects what they are buying. I hope this issue is addressed so that others do not go through the same frustrating experience.

Work well as extra seating , or as footstools or as a small table without the cushion . Easy to put together not what I understand as an ottoman as it’s you can’t put anything in it

Solid, very easy to be ansambled!! The price was affordable, ans there ot is a very large variety of similar items who helps to take the roght decision about waht u want and what u can afford. They have prices for any buget.

Lovely thick cushions. Excellent quality
