The chair did not operate as shown in the picture. It does not that flat or elevate the foot rest as shown. But the chair is very sturdy and looks nice.

Smaller than expected and hard to adjust to reclining. But compared to the cost of others, very reasonable.

I thought I had found the perfect chairsrecliners for our screened porch. The problems… it does slow you to raise your feet without laying down almost flat! We ordered pillows to put behind our necks to lift our head enough to be comfortable watching TV. The second issue is that it is not long enough so our feet hang off. I am 5’5” and the end of the foot rest ends halfway up my calf. We ordered two and one had a broken recliner handle and some of the wicker weaving had come undone. We sent pictures and they sent us a new recliner pretty quickly. We are keeping them but regret the purchase.
