Customers praise the product for its comfort, ease of assembly, and stylish design. Many reviewers highlight the generous size, making it suitable for lounging and fitting multiple people or pets. The product is also considered good value for money. However, some customers note that the rocking motion is not very smooth or deep, and a few mention that the chair sits lower to the ground than expected.
