The fountain is beautiful, we love it. We did have a problem with ours, but Alpine's customer service has been exceptional. When we emailed them about the problem we received a reply, asking for some more information, in 3 hours. We sent that information and received an answer, with a solution, in less than 2 hours. Almost unbelievable. We can't say enough about the great service.

This is a terrible product. We spent $1600.00 on this assuming we were purchasing a top quality product. We have had nothing but problems with it. It arrived with a small temporary pump so we had to replace it with a larger permanent one. This fountain quits working often, the most recent being today - just in time for our backyard party this afternoon. Off to the dump it goes.
