Weather Resistant Floor Fountain

Cute fountain but pump handle broke easily while setting it up. Pump is a little strong for this piece but can be adjusted down as far as it will go. OK for the price.

Overall we like the fountain. It looks and works fine. When we unpacked it we noticed a hole in the lower basin as shown in the picture. We decided to put it together and check it out and it is not really noticeable or affect the way it works. We are going to keep it instead of going through the process of sending it back for a replacement. If it would have been perfect we would have given it a higher rating.

I was truely amazed with the product. It was exactly what was shown in the picture. When I received it, the pump handle was damaged during shipping. I immediately called your company to see about just getting the replacement piece. The wonderful call resulted without hesitation of replacing the entire unit. That too was shipped immediately in a timely fashion. I am always pleased with your company and I brag to others about your high quality, great service and fast delivery.
