I ordered a deck chair but you only sent me the cushion. When I complained I was told that the deck chair had been incorrectly listed and you could not supply it - only the cushion. How you could think someone was going to pay £84.98 for a cushion without the advertised deck chair is beyond me. When I complained I was asked 'Do you want the refund or not ?' Not exactly the 5* customer service you advertise !!! If I could give a minus star rating I would.

I've only received the cushion - still waiting for the actual chair.
