Hybrid 6 Ft W x 12 Ft D Hobby Greenhouse

I employed a reputable contractor to put down a concrete base and erect the greenhouse approximately 2 months ago. The first significant wind we have had is today and the greenhouse has come apart. In my opinion the structure is not sufficiently robust to withstand the winds and the diagonal restrainers have been ripped away from the bolts. Further damage is expected as the winds continue today. The product is simply not suitable for purpose and I am looking for a full refund as I don't think it can be repaired. Even if it can be repaired I am not interested as I don't want to be faced with the same problem every time there is a high wind, Kind regards, Jim Collins 07860 835731

Despite being advertised as snow-resistant, our greenhouse roof caved in after a snowstorm. I had higher expectations for its durability.

It’s a good greenhouse from the point of view of the metal work and ease of construction. The top panels need glueing in as they pop out during gusts (not quite sure how the wind gets in underneath but it does..), and I’ll probably put some extra braces over to keep them in place. The side windows are blown sheet plastic which act very poorly. They’re difficult to get in the channels, and, oh my days, do they rattle horrendously in the wind. I’ve had to take them all out as some of the end panel smaller ones have blown out, and the side panels make too much noise. I’ll probably end up putting some sort of substitute all around, possibly more polycarbonate like the roof.

I've had this greenhouse for a few seasons now, and it's still as good as new. Maintenance has been easier than I anticipated. It's a decent long-term investment.

I had to buy a drip irrigation kit to keep my plants properly watered.
