Palermo Aluminium Gazebo

The pictures on your website show the structure is BLUE - we have received a very dark grey one. The single package is too heavy for domestic deliveries. Two men delivered it but they really struggled and damaged a corner (resulting in bent corners of the roof panels) so I had to help them. It should be in two parts. The construction AND instructions are brilliant - as an Engineer I am very impressed. Such a pity it is not the colour we wanted. Yours, Lawrence Tattersall

This looks like a metal roof but it isn't its some cheap plastic. I am very upset with the false advertising. I would not have bought this had I known it was going to be cheaply made.

Well designed, robust and looks great. Be aware its heavy to erect!

easy to assemble, great looking ideal for any garden

I purchased this gazebo from Wayfair last month. Initially it was disappointing that it took 3 weeks to arrive although I think this is the distributor's timeline and not Wayfair. Note when this arrives it's a large, long box and importantly extremely heavy. Make sure you know where you want this storing or delivering to as it's not easy to move once it arrives. Since the delivery I've been very impressed with the quality of the product. The product is well packaged with each part labelled separately and all the nuts and bolts bagged separately and labelled as well. Credit to the manufacturer for including spares of the nuts, bolts etc. and I had no parts missing at all. The instructions are also very detailed and there's even a helpline if you need it. It took a day (long) to construct. One person can construct most of it but certainly two (or even three) people are needed once you have to raise the roof onto the legs. The instructions are very clear and there is also a corresponding youtube video if you need. If you don't rush things, follow the instructions and lay out the parts and bolts etc. you should find it reasonably straightforward. The quality of the product seems very good. The metal parts are well painted and seem very sturdy. All the holes aligned fine and once built it feels strong and seems like it will survive everything British weather can throw at it - hopefully! Note the roof is not glass. Its a polycarbonate plastic, double thickness with ribs for strength. It's much lighter and I assume much safer in the long run. There was a fairly time consuming process of wrapping tape around the edges and note there isn't much spare tape at the end, so try not to waste it! Again the roof materials seems good quality and all fitted together well. Nice touches add to the feeling this is a quality product and well thought out - decent caps to cover the bolts, gutters so the water doesn't drain straight off, curtain hooks etc. Overall I'm really impressed with this product and if you're looking for a permanent gazebo I can certainly recommend this.
