The parasol os fine but the delivery experience was a mess - I was not advised it would be delivered in two boxes and the first box didn't say 1 of 2 on it or even 2 of 2 - so when I advised parts were missing I had to deduce that another parcel would be sent by analysing the tracking numbers - not clever at all and ruined the experience - second package arrived 48 hours later
