This is a great product...its sturdy and relatively easy to install, (2 person job though) but does exactly what it was intended to do, also its almost fully waterproof, had it over the patio the other day when it began raining heavily and we stayed dry. Warning though, make sure its on a good angle down to ensure rain doesn't collect.

Advertised as a motorised awning but it is not apart from that up and working just a bit disappointed
