poor quality. I contacted Wayfair several times for refund and this was not resolved, yet It is a basic customer's right

Ours turned up as only 4m long not 5m

Terrible quality, this is not bamboo, it’s thin reeds and they break and the wire that holds them together was all broken in places. You can see through it so it doesn’t give you the privacy it advertises. It’s thoroughly overpriced too.
