The one complaint we have, and it is a BIG one is that my husband spent THREE evenings constructing it!! Oh, the middle section is complete on delivery, the rest is like a metal construction kit!! It works well & was excellent last weekend for Australian Christmas - cooked 25 Turkey sausages & 25 Turkey burgers with no problems
