Just what we needed but don’t know were we are going to store it in the winter

Unfortunately the item had a few faults so was not too impressed with the quality. Returning item. Very prompt response with refund and return pick up.

Product ordered was a 10m x 7.5m gazebo. What I received was a 4m x 3m gazebo. Disappointed & unimpressed. When I contacted customer services, I expected the product I ordered to be delivered when the courier collected the wrong one. This was not possible, as the product is now out of stock. I therefore expected, as the website states that new stock is due in shortly, that one would be reserved & dispatched upon receipt. Unfortunately this is not possible ‘it’s not how it works’. Given that the incorrect product was dispatched I was hoping/expecting more of an effort on your behalf to rectify the error.
