Furniture is great but delivery experience was horrendous. First set was lost by courier in their warehouse so after a month, a replacement was ordered. This set was delivered to an empty house and left in the street w no signature requested and the day afterwards I received a text at 9am to tell me that my furniture would be delivered that day between 6.39-8.30am! Luckily a neighbour had phoned me to say there were huge boxes outside my house and I had left work to go and get them. They were so heavy I couldn’t move them to fet indoors and had to bribe a builder working down the road to send a couple blokes to help me.
