Absolutely love it. It weighed a lot but my builder managed to put it up single handed - although not yet wired in. Looks fantastic and makes my upstairs balcony San Tropez... Tried manually putting it out and it worked very easily and I could manage it without any help.

Excellent value for money. NB the motor is on the right hand side of the awning facing outwardly. It took about three hours to put up, we needed a drill and 14ml drill bit and 17ml and 13ml spanner to put awning on to a concrete wall. Good quality especially as it has a half cassette to protect the fabric from the weather when not in use. Would highly recommend. Great value for money. NB the item is very heavy and the instruction say you need three healthy adults to put it up.
