Callihan 3m x 3m Metal Patio Gazebo

Excellent robust quality product - love it.

There was some repair needed upon delivery. One of the posts that connects to the top of the canopy assembly had two staples (yes, staples) not engage and I was unable to reliably put it up without putting in a screw to keep the top connected to the bottom. (pictured). Otherwise, seems more sturdy than most pop-ups. The netting helps, but it is not "bug proof" as insects tend to get in through the top vent if there is any wind. The netting and zippers look like they may need to be handled gently. I'll see how it holds up over the summer. Cat seems to like it.

First delivery was lost I requested a refund and it was agreed then i was sent another replacement so I now have to send the replacement back and still no refund poor communication waste of time

doesn't fit together well, the side panels don't hang right. no instruction's for side panels so don't know if I'm doing something wrong but overall look is poor. Wayfair did refund me. will get another but pay a bit more.

We are struggling to get support on how we can ask about a problem with this gazebo. We have an issue with it and your communication routes aren’t easy? Three of the four top holding points for the top canopy have snapped off due to weak metal. We understand the item isn’t to be used in string winds, but this shouldn’t happen within one week of putting the item up. Our last one lasted three years in the same sheltered position?

great product, great delivery and service

Nice gazebo for the price. Sits nicely over our outdoor furniture, we have lights too which means we can sit outside till later. Bit worried velcro fastenings wont last long but will see. Decent gazebo for the price.

Excellent quality and so easy to erect. Great for home, party or take for a picnic

Wasn’t quite the colour I wanted but it’s fairly easy to assemble and great for the garden. Needs 4 people to assemble
