Purchase and delivery processes great. Arch condition within the packaging was good with no damages (one small natural wood split in a post within the "2pence piece" tolerances quoted) but no issue. However, as other reviewers have pointed out, there weren't any of the 18 x 60mm screws or the 8 x 40mm screws required to build as stated in the instructions!!

I bought an arch from Wayfair and I have o say that it looks lovely now that it is in place. I have painted it in grey to match my other items and added hanging baskets. The quality of the wood is spot on, and the delivery went well. I wanted the item as more of a feature than an arch. Also Customer service score 10/10 as I had a bit of a problem, which they quickly sorted. I highly recommend Wayfair

Pretty design, great for a small garden. Plenty of weight in it, so definitely a two-person job to put together and erect. Delighted with the finished installation.

These arches are manufactured to a high standard. Required some assembly but instructions were clear and simple to complete. Was so happy I bought two more!
