Great chairs , bit fiddly to put together other than that great chairs.

Absolute nightmare. Being three quarters of the way through assembly, and having spent 2 hrs plus a lot of sweat, I decided to persevere, but could only get a chair oot of the components through drilling my own adjustments and bending the metal componentry I have no faith in the resulting chairs !

Very disappointing! The chairs are fiddly and time consuming to assemble and over-priced for what they are. Even more disappointing parts were missing. This would not happen if the chairs were pre-assembled and would have saved everybody a lot of time and frustration. I wish I hadn't bothered particularly now I'm told it will be a two week plus wait for the parts which should have been included in the first place.

I think you need to redesign how these chairs are assembled. They were the most difficult to assemble that I have ever experienced. I am an engineer, if I was a normal housewife, I am not sure how they would cope. Please re-engineer the assembly system to make it easier and provide more clear instructions.
