There was nothing wrong with this item; it looked fine other than being too big. Wayfair arranged a return pick up for today with DHL between 08.00 and 18.00. We ensured one of us was in the house throughout this period (even though we had plenty of other things to do) but nobody called. We have heard nothing from DHL. The item has not been collected and we are unsure what to do next.
