Great item,good quality but complicated to put together

Firstly ABSOLUTELY NOT EASY to assemble!!!! My husband does this stuff all the time and it’s after taking over 6 hours to put up then to realise that we didn’t get some of the parts. We received no c5’s. The instructions are terrible!!! Plus the customer service is terrible. I contacted the chat 4 times to see where my order was as I never received it on the day it was meant to get delivered only to finally get someone to give me the honest truth that it wasn’t even sent out by the warehouse. The other 3 people lied saying it’s with the courier and someone will be in contact. If you are getting this you need All day long to get it together and check the packaging before you even start !!!
