Love it And speedy delivery too Happy customer

Garden Furniture was deliver with no sofa seat cushions on May 28th, at no time were we informed the order was not complete. I contacted customer services by email (there is no option to speak to anyone) they informed me the issue had been escalated to their delivery specialist. I received email on 5th June saying they had ordered replacement with estimated delivery time June 13th. They had the audacity to say I was not being charged for this item. Hence still have not received missing item and still no apologies. I’m just hoping they are true to their word and missing cushions will arrive. Although I have my doubts. It’s June 14 and I was right to have my doubts, the missing items supposedly to be delivered today did not arrive. So once again onto live chat with customer service and as previous going nowhere, no delivery date given. Where do I go from here.
