This item took a long time to arrive compared to competitor vendors and when it did come, pieces were falling out of it and the box was taped. It seems clearly it was an preopened box but there are no options of returning and getting one I’m certain have all the parts. Way fair should have warned.

Spectacular Gazebo! Sturdy, easy to assemble if you have two reasonably handy people, a delight to sit under. This makes our deck a lovely entertaining or just family relaxing spot!

So far so good. Made very well and sorta easy to put together. It took 2 men but would have been much quicker with 3. We are loving it so far just need to get some furniture.

I love it. We put it together and it looks great. We will like to get a replacement covers in case something happens. I can’t find how to do it. Everything looks perfect.

Waited a while for this gazebo. Its obviously a hot seller cause it sells out as soon as it comes into stock. So far, no disappointments. I actually put this together by myself only needing my son to hold one of the posts while i attached the support so it could stand on its own, and i had my daughter help me walk the cover over the top using my pool cleaning poles to lift the cover up and over. I wanted to do a time lapse video to show the process but my ipad died at 34 seconds. Its a sturdy unit. And we had some pretty harsh winds last night on Long Island. No issues. I didnt even see the gazebo move in the wind. I sunk bolts into the concrete on every leg. It seems that the ripping of the covers seems to be an issue with ALL gazebos so I took the 3 year Square Trade warranty to cover any damages that might occur over time. I had a pop up 12x12 last year that was totally destroyed by the wind. This replacement seems a little smaller inside than the square pop up but still plenty of room. Over all im very pleased and I think it looks great in my back yard!
