Dakota Fields 350cm W x 250cm D Fabric Multi-stripe Cover Motorised Retractable Patio Awning

The awning may be OK but after sales support is DIRE from Wayfair. Instructions that were missing from the box took weeks for them to be provided eventually. We're having an issue trying to level one side of the awning but the illustration on the instructions don't match the unit that we have received. I spoke to some lovely people who said they would help (I asked if there was an installation video that would help), but we're nearly two weeks later and have received absolutely nothing other than a couple of emails. We received the unit in August 2023 and have never been able to use it. Money down the drain because there has been no resolution. AFTER SALES SERVICE FOR DAKOTA FIELDS IS HOPELESS - not recommended at all if you have any problems
