Harveyville 295cm Cantilever Parasol

Base is not ‘T’ shaped as shown. I specifically ordered a parasol with a T shaped base as I have a baby and want to reduce any risk of the parasol falling over. I contacted Wayfair to query this. The response I got was that the picture is for “demonstration purposes only”. I have ordered weight for safety from a different website. However, I am not impressed and believe this is false advertising. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with Wayfair and I will not be ordering again.

Absolutely brilliant, very well made, easy to put up, covers a large area, very reasonable price free delivery & on time

I ordered the one specifically with the asymmetrical base with one longer foot to prevent tipping but the one with the cross base showed up instead which tips over. Wayfair were not able to replace the base despite saying they would. This is the second time using wayfair where the supplied item was not was was pictured in the photos. Very poor.
