I was delighted from start to finish! The bench arrived within 2 days and was beautifully packaged to avoid any damage. It was a birthday present for my partner and we put it together really easily. It's now outside the back door and we sit out every day which has made us love our garden even more!

Made arrangements for delivery to be left with neighbour on the Thursday but the previous day early in the morning I was informed delivery would be within the next two hours the day before. Luckily neighbour was able to interrupt her meeting and had the delivery put in my garage - not ideal! A sliver of wood was found missing from one of the side frames and the screw bolts were so difficult to tighten up with supplied Allen key that the key end sheared and I had to purchase another key to finish the final tightening. Pleased with overall appearance of bench.

Great bench, easy to assemble and not too heavy to move around...very pleased.

I love this bench, it is just what I wanted. A friend put it together for me and it didn't take him long. It looks lovely in my garden but sadly there are too many weeds at the moment which I can't manage to clear.!!

Easy assembly of this excellent quality bench. Looks better than I had hoped. I would certainly recommend.
