Japense Bird Feeder

looks lovely and feels good quality

I bought because I thought it would stop pigeons but alas, they still got in there

Brilliant for smaller birds to get their share of food. Stops crows and gulls eating everything

A good design for keeping the seeds dry. Quite a few of the smaller birds use this but I suspect not all! Just one problem, it swings too much in the wind, it needs stabilising. I have fixed it (somewhat imperfectly!) with a couple of nails and string to the bird feeding pole which is supporting it

Took my birds sometime to start feeding from their new feeder. Now they love it. Design helps keep food dry and prevents larger birds from stealing the food. Only disappointment is there was no lid to prevent rain getting into dispenser. I improvised with a piece of slate. Overall a well designed feeder
