poor quality control - finer details lets it down. The rattan on the inside is coming apart where you recline the seat due to not enough clearance, found when unpacked. Not supplied with the plastic protector for the glass parasol hole only the lid. The storage compartment opening has no catch so it keeps flapping open. Even the brand tag was upside down on one of the seats.

Cushions were a different colour than shown, but otherwise very pleased, reasonable quality, looks great and arrived on time!

Came in a box too wide for a standard doorway otherwise excellent

The delivery excellent. The product itself very well made. BUT To lower back you have to get off lounger cannot be done while sitting on lounger. Also not very easy to get on when the extension is pulled out. I thought the extension pieces were seperate so four could sit. Quite disappointed really

Came damaged. Not easy to set up, as you have to be pull out before sitting , making it uncomfortable to sit and slide up especially if you old and can’t lift your body weight!
