Kamalu 7 Seater Rattan Sofa Set

Would not recommend buying this set or anything from Wayfair of that matter. I had items missing and most of the items I had were damaged! For such an over priced set I was gobsmacked! To then receive such terrible customer service from numerous Wayfair staff members telling me different things each time and still not having my missing items sent out I then finally got through to the manager who could offer me a small amount of compensation back. I wish I could have just returned the whole set and had a refund! The rattan is very poorly made and does not look like it’s worth anything over £400 pound!

Excellent quality and easy to put together - great service too

Firstly, it came in two deliveries so a little heads up regarding that would have been useful. Secondly, the description says brown but it’s grey. Thirdly, “some self assembly’ actually means practically building it from scratch. Also, one of the cushion zips was broken, but I mended it. The table is too high to eat off using the sofas. The stools are very flimsy. It’ll do me for now but the quality is not as good as I’d hoped for.

Delivered on time very happy with it
