The chair was faulty. I am currently in the process of returning the item with a bit difficulty going back and forth with the manufacturer. They actually offered me a 35 reduction in the price to keep the faulty item, who on earth would take a 35 reduction to keep unusable products.

Good points: Nice design and easy to fold; Bad points: The materials used are not resistant, therefore the lounge and it's component parts do not contribute to quality and durability.

So comfortable and easy to collapse and put away, not needing much storage space
