After being lost, then being reordered the goods eventually turned up albeit with a very distinct smell. Must be the wood. Communication from you had to be forced after the first set was lost.

Kleinere Defekte am Holz, Kanten könnten etwas abgerundeter sein. Leider kam auch ein Stuhl mit gebrochener Querleiste an. Kundenservice gut. Bearbeitung für Ersatz läuft! Man sitzt bequem. Toll finden wir, dass Sitzpolster dabei sind!
