Excellent chairs. We bought 6 but one has structural cracks. Wayfair has agreed to send out a replacement - hoping it arrives soon. They needed oiling but have turned out beautifully.

These are lovely chairs, however, when they arrived (we ordered 4) 3 were cracked or scuffed. We were not sure whether it was the delivery courier or a fault. Wayfair were very quick to help and send out replacement items.

Lovely chair but kept arriving broken in transit. I gave up in the end as sick of unwrapping bashed furniture and then asking for replacement/refund.

We received 2 replacement chairs,unfortunately 1 was damaged,whilst they look good are comfortable to sit on and feel strong and sturdy, this left me uncertain about the quality. I think this replacement was probably due to a manufacturing fault, not how they were packaged for delivery as I believe was the problem with the last 2. I would recommend you are at home for the delivery as they were left outside the front door (fortunately they were still there when we arrived home following a few days away). Wayfair were excellent in responding on their chat line, offering a replacement or refund, can't fault Wayfair's customer service.
