The cantilever Parasol is great, but I was disappointed that I was unable to get a warranty which I was trying to get before delivery after. Nobody from Wayfair was able to help.i tried the credit card used for the purchase other cards .The recurring message was There was a problem with the selected payment method. Please try again or select a different payment method.I found this frustrating that nobody at Wayfair was able to help.I feel the warranty is just as important as the product.

Very good product, highly recommend. A suggestion, would consider fixing the base down or finding add on weight to support the base from toppling over.
